How we do it...
We pay attention to detail. We look inside, outside, on top of and even underneath! We run water, inspect the roof, review the attic, check the foundation and walls, look for abnormalities in ceilings and floors, look for stains and follow funky smells! We check the wiring in your electric panel, check the temperatures in your A/C and see if the heat is up to snuff. We look for leaks at your water heater and ensure all your kitchen appliances are doing what they should be doing. The list goes on - so book with us today!
